Established in June 2000, Ningbo Dexin Fasteners Co., Ltd is a leading fasteners manufacturer specializing in R&D, producing and marketing. which acquired Rights of Self-managed Import and export in 2003. Therefore, we are able to act as your sourcing agent for other products apart from producing and selling our own products.
Covering an area of 9000 square kilometers, Dexin have 200 employees including 22 professional technical and management staff, 8 quality inspection personnel. We have a specialized physiochemical and inspection center. From the purchase of raw materials to the accomplishment of final products, each step of the process is strictly complied with technical standards assisting by high-quality QC and intensive inspection equipments in order to ensure every product reach your blueprint requirements.
Our leading products are stainless steel and iron series, include GB,ISO,DIN,IFI,BS,JIS. from Grade 4.8 to 12.9 and for IFI fasteners from Grade 2 to Grade 8, size from M6 to M52 and 1/4 to 2. Our products are widely applied in industries like machinery, constructions, railways, bridges, plumbing, and power and so on. With high technological background, we specialized in developing and producing all kinds of non-standard parts by drawings and samples to meet different purpose requirement from our customers.
Our company is always engaged in the research and development of new products and new technology. In June 2003, we obtained Legislation of Design Certificate (ZL03001818.2) of Trimming issued by State Patent Bureau. In the same year, we gained breakthrough progress in the technique of reduced shank which has significantly improved the producing efficiency. In the meantime, this technique ensures the stability of the threads.
